Online Consultation

We offer online consultations regarding visa applications, residence status changes, company establishment, and various licensing procedures. The consultations will be conducted via Zoom, but if preferred, Skype can also be used.

Reservation Process
Step 1: Select a date and time that works for you.
Step 2: After completing the reservation, you will receive an email. The email will include a Zoom link.
Step 3: On the scheduled day, join the consultation via the Zoom link provided in the email.

Benefit
If you proceed with our service after the consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total service fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Please contact us using the details in the reservation confirmation email.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the consultation will not be refunded.
• If you join after the scheduled time, please note that the end time will not be adjusted.
• If you do not join the consultation within 15 minutes after it begins, we will consider it a no-show and end the consultation. In this case, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
• If the consultation ends earlier than scheduled, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
• If the consultation cannot be held due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters or communication issues outside our control, we will reschedule the consultation for another time.
